The Liberal government has shuffled cabinet ministers. The new housing minister and the immigration minister have both said they won't be lowering immigration anytime soon. Instead, they suggest they might need to push it even higher. This is incredibly dangerous and could threaten to exacerbate the existing housing crisis. Mortgage rates still creeping up and housing inventory still tight.
