Full Recipe:

| Ingredients |

-Thick cut bacon
-Cream cheese
-Freshly grated cheddar cheese
-Jalapenos
-Beef sausage (or kielbasa)
-Ash Kickin' BBQ Honey Chipotle
-Tailgater's BBQ Party Rub
-SuckleBuster's Honey BBQ Sauce

| Instructions |

Prep:

1. Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jalapenos. Season with Tailgater's BBQ Party Rub.

2. Cut the sausage into rounds 1/4"-1/2" thick

3. Cut as many rounds of jalapenos you need to top each pig shot.

4. Cut the bacon in half.

5. Assemble the pig shots per the instructions in the video, and secure with a Grill Pinz.

| Cooking |

1. Set your smoker to 250º F and smoke the pig shots until the bacon is done. Note, this cook took me 2.5 hours. If you want to get them done quicker, cook at a higher temperature. These just need to be cooked until the bacon is cooked.

2. Once the pig shots are done, cover them with sauce and allow the sauce to set on the smoker for 5-10 minutes.

3. Onc the sauce has set 5-10 minutes, remove from the smoker and let the pig shots cool for 10-15 minutes.

4. Once the pig shots have cooled, remove the Grill Pinz, eat, and enjoy! Warning: these jalapeno popper pig shots are not only the perfect appetizer, they're extremely addicting!
