Sony action cam was acting up after updating firmware from version 1.0 to 3.0.

Thought it was the sd card.. think what solved it was the regular reset at the end.

did
-ensure sd card in right orientation
1- regular reset
-hard reset 45 secods
-hard reset 60 seconds
-opened camera up and saw internals where ok
-regular reset and then it worked.
