KARL LAGERFELD AND SILVIA VENTURINI FENDI SHOW AT MILAN
At Fendi, the duo of Karl Lagerfeld and Silvia Venturini Fendi offered up a womenswear collection Wednesday (22FEB07) that was chic and demure bringing a touch of class to Milan Fashion week.
Fur dominated the catwalk - even the classic fendi bags came in a fur model.
The Autumn/winter 2007/2008 show saw models walk out wearing slim, tightly belted dresses, harlequin sleeved and cuffed white mink jackets.
Mink blousons featuring wonderfully shaggy sleeves and a risque dress in a thousand leather shards.
High wasted plumed sleeved coats were accessories with finely detailed belts with detailed chunky buckles bearing the labels familiar motif.
Other accessories were a series of - next seasons must have - clutch bags in snake skin, wood and woolly, feather-trimmed.
