3 ملاعق طعام (45 مل) زيت زيتون
1 كوب (125 غرام) بصل شرائح
8 فصوص ثوم شرائح
1 كيلو بندورة مقشرة ومقطعة
1 باقة كزبرة (50 غرام)
1 ملعقة صغيرة ونصف ملح
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل اسود
800 غرام بامية مفرزة
3 اكواب (720 غرام) زيت نباتي لقي البامية
2 ملعقة طعام (40 غرام ) رب البندورة
3 اكواب (720 غرام) ماء

Vegan Okra ingredients:

3 tbsp (45 ml) extra virgin olive oil
1 cup (125 g) sliced onions
8 cloves thinly sliced garlic
1 kilo (2 pounds) tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 bunch chopped cilantro (50 g)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
800 g frozen okra
3 cups (720 ml) vegetable or canola oil
2 tbsp (40 g) tomato paste
3 cups (720 ml) water
