Welcome to my journey working towards doing a full planche. I decided to take on Chris Heria's 25 Day Weight vest challenge to kick off my training.
I have zero experience with Calisthenics so I'm looking forward in learning new movements.

How to enter "25 Day WEIGHTED VEST CHALLENGE"
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Become a member to Heriapro.com
- Open up the 25 DAY WEIGHT VEST CHALLENGE Program
- Take a day 1 photo with a sign that says 25 day weight vest challenge Day 1
- Start & Complete the 25 DAY WEIGHT VEST CHALLENGE
HOW TO ENTER:
At the end of the 25th day
- take an after photo with a sign that says
25 day weight vest challenge Day 25
- submit your before and after images at the end of the challenge to transformations@heriapro.com
The Heriapro member with the greatest transformation will WIN!
Challenges must be submitted by December 31st 2018
