The Centre has permitted the State Governments to decide on the quarantine laws. As several states have claimed that all incoming passengers will have to be at home quarantine for 14-days except for people visiting for one or two days on a business purpose. State and Union Territory like Karnataka and Jammu & Kashmir have taken stern actions for incoming passengers, which will include testing of COVID-19 and 7-day administrative quarantine.
