METHOD
1.First for storing the mutton here I am using 500 grams mutton, you can store as much as you can
So in a pressure cooker add mutton pieces
Salt - as required
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Water - 1 cup
Boil it till tender, then dry water and store for up to 2 months in deep feeze
2.Now using this cooked mutton we can fry it in just 5 minutes as we have already boiled it so in no time it get's fried
3.In a pan heat clarified butter - 1 tablespoon
To it add
Ginger, garlic and coriander paste - 1 teaspoon, saute it
Add chopped green chilies - 2
Add few curry leaves
Add chopped onions - 1 tablespoon and saute
4.Then add boiled mutton - 250 gram
Saute well
Add yogurt - 1 tablespoon and roast it well
5.Then add Black pepper powder - 3/4 teaspoon, few chopped coriander leaves and crushed black pepper seeds
6.Serve hot with chapati or parotha
