Breeding dinosaurs is relatively simple but time consuming.

To start breeding, place a male and female close together. Either put them in a small enclosure or fill their inventory until they can no longer move.
Next, set the dinos you wish to breed on wander. They will begin breeding.
After the breeding meter fills, the female will lay an egg. At that point quickly pickup the egg to prevent it from being damaged (fertilized eggs have health bars.)
The female can only mate once every few hours. Males are able to mate with multiple females at once and have no limit to the amount of times they can mate.
Once you have your egg, place in in an enclosure and adjust the temperature by using campfires. It helps if you have an air conditioner in case it gets too hot.
If the egg is left in incorrect temperatures, its health bar will decrease. Once its health reaches 0, the dinosaur inside will die. Be sure to monitor your egg carefully for temperature changes.
Once the egg hatches, you must immediately get food for the newborn. I do not recommend breeding as of now, as babies require massive amounts of food to reach maturation.
