Label-free imaging of live RAW 264.7 cells measured Tomocube Holotomography (HT).
Bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation causes the activation of mouse macrophages. You can watch the dynamics of cell movements and shapes. No label agents or preparations except LPS treatments was used. The cells were placed in ibidi u-Slide VI-Flat (80626). The label-free images were obtained using Tomocube HT-2HL which is equipped with a long-working-distance objective lens.
