Research can help clarify what you can expect and what you need to do when you start your recovery. It helped me know what I could do better and come up with a plan that worked for me!
I'd love to see you all put links in the comments to pages you've found helpful in your own recovery or the recovery of a loved one, because this channel isn't just about helping people who have
addictions or struggle with depression or both, it's also about supporting the loved ones of those who are struggling, because the people around us when we are dealing with addiction have unique struggles of their own. I'm mainly looking for informative links to help people understand what they or their loved one are going through, but links to organizations that can help or resources that are available are always welcome as well.
I'm always happy to take questions, suggestions and have some further discussion down in the comments, so I hope to see you there.
I'm researching our next topic now, but I'll keep that a secret for the moment. It won't be long!
I'll be back with our next topic soon, stay strong and I'll see you then my friend.
