The fermented soybean powder has definitely a unique flavor and scent for sure. Nevertheless, it's one of the main ingredients in many Korean staple dishes and is known for its health benefits. For the sauce, I mixed 3 tbsp fermented soybean powder, 1 1/2 soy sauce, 3 tbsp water, and a bit of wasabi for the extra spice. I can't wait to try the fermented soybean powder with pasta hehe 🥰
