This OVC webinar provides guidance for reporting on the required performance measures for the Victims of Crime Act Victim (VOCA) Assistance formula grant program. Members of OVC’s performance measurement team provide an overview of performance management, processes for accessing the Performance Measurement Tool (PMT) system, entering quarterly performance measures, generating the annual grantee report, and troubleshooting strategies and additional resources.
