I remake this game and same mode and found a code with no damage. I show code list here.

Note 1: No take damage from enemies (Virus/Navis) expect Posion Panel may unavoidable a try avoid from enemy's attack.

Note 2: Both Version worked but only USA.
Code - Name = Details
320FBEC0 0001 - MegaMan Worried = When megaman taking badly when run low HP but this code set to Worried instead. (Note: I active code only battle against ShadeMan Round 2 once)
8203BEF6 0000 - Black MegaMan = When using DarkChip many time and MegaMan going dark bit by bit and when completely black and you became a Dark Soul. but this code set to Black MegaMan and Dark Soul. (Note: After battle ShadeMan Round 2 and set active all times)
820FDC80 0000
820FDC82 0000 - Never lose max HP = When use per DarkChip after battle then you cause consume lose max HP by 1. But this code won't decrease max hp by 1 per use DarkChip after battle. (Note: Always active this code)

That is end code but save data is never erase and keep alive next Hard or Super Hard Mode after beat game.
