That’s totally normal ..
Some will have just nausea . Some would have nausea and vomiting . Some will have for the first few weeks and some will have for the entire pregnancy .
If your vomiting episodes makes you really sick where you to tend to throw up everything nor unable to get up from bed , then you need to consult your doctor 👩⚕️
🔥 Some tips to manage nausea and vomiting at home !!
⭐️ Eat small meals every 3 hours. Avoid spicy ,oily and fatty food .
⭐️ Eat slow .
⭐️ Avoid strong odours.
⭐️ Drink water between meals than drinking along with meals . Drink plenty of water . Don’t gulp and sip frequently .
⭐️ Avoid caffeine,tomatoes and citrus fruits.
⭐️ Don’t lie down immediately after a meal. Take atleast one hour between your meal and nap . Always lie on your left side and propped up with some pillows .
⭐️ Take a walk after meal .
⭐️ Wear loose clothes . Don’t wear a brassier which is tight .
⭐️ Brush teeth after meal .
⭐️ Adequate sleep as tiredness can worsen nausea .
⭐️ Foods that have reduced nausea in some : Ginger candy , makhana, icecream , dry toast .
⭐️If it’s still bad , your doctor would prescribe antiemetic medication and it has no side effects on the baby.You can safely take it.
