Equipment:

Vegetables:
Turnip
Celeriac Root
Bell Pepper
Zucchini
Red Radish
Rutabaga
Method:
1.) Wash the vegetables. Peel if desired.
2.) Cut a 3-inch rectangular piece from your vegetable by squaring off the sides.
3.) Next cut this rectangular piece into thin planks that are 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch thick.
4.) Stack a few of the slices together
5.) Cut lengthwise again, creating long thin match sticks that are 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch thick.
