Recipe:

Lemon juice - 15 ml
Passion fruit puree - 15 ml
Sugar syrup - 25 ml
Passion fruit pits - 15 ml
Sparkling water - top
Shake first 3 components, pour in highball glass with ice, add passion fruit pits and sparkling water. Garnish with passion fruit and mint. Drink responsibly;)
