How to change the units on an Assault Bike.
This was an easy function I couldn’t figure out until I combed the depths of YouTube for an answer.
I found one YouTube video and decided I would contribute to the community and make this easy video.
Get to the screen where all the settings are blinking.
Hold the start + enter button until the word “distance” is blinking. Press up or down to scroll through the units. Press enter to select the unit you want to workout in.
