Grimm is shocked to see this giant rat-like Wesen! A Riesen-Ratte is a 20-foot-tall rat creature formed by a group of Reinigen who merge together usually when the group is threatened or to seek revenge.

From Grimm Season 5 Episode 5 'Rat King' - Nick and Hank are called to a local dump after some Wesen have a deadly encounter with the mythical Rat King.
