Eve of Destruction' - Barry McGuire - Re mix With Centre Vocal
Recorded in 1965.
The song suffered from strange mixing at the time (no centre instruments or vocal) everything panned hard left and right.
Barry McGuire recalls it was done in one take, and shortly after leaked from the studio to a radio station who played it shortly afterwards.
So it may well have not been finished,
There is certainly something at 3:02 with the vocal track that's not quite right, sounds as though Barry dropped in a small overdub on perhaps what was a difficult part of the song.
