(3 Oct 1994) US soldiers raided the Port-au-Prince headquarters of a feared
paramilitary group on Monday (3/10) and arrested about 50 people,
including women and Haitian policemen. The soldiers swooped on the
headquarters of the Front for Advancement and Progress in Haiti
(FRAPH) in the downtown area and came out with people who were
inside. Many were in handcuffs. Some had bags over their heads.
