Our first ride on the updated Frozen Ever After ride at Walt Disney World's Epcot theme park went very well...until our ride stoppage over halfway through. We were evacuated from our ride after 15 to 20 minutes of sitting in our boat. The Disney CM's (Cast Members) were incredibly wonderful in getting us off the boat pretty quickly.
We were given complimentary paper FastPass tickets when we were escorted off the ride.
