You can only edit your eBook so much with Adobe InDesign. If you need a bit more control, use Sigil—an epub editor that allows you to edit the code directly. And, it's free!!
In this video, I specifically show you how to edit the Table of Contents and device-side navigation, how to change a global CSS style, and how to add a manual page break with only a single inserted line of code!
