Breakfast Tacos
1 lb. of pork or turkey sausage, browned
8 eggs, scrambled
Salsa to taste
fiesta blend or sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
8 flour tortillas
butter or oil to fry the eggs in
If you like more eggs in your tacos, then scramble more eggs and leave out some of the sausage.
