MPs should vote down Theresa May's deal to unlock talks on a better exit agreement, Nicola Sturgeon claimed today. The SNP leader warned the Government against forcing a 'false choice' between a bad deal and no deal on Parliament. If the Prime Minister gets a divorce treaty and political outline from Brussels, MPs will be given a simple yes or no vote on the package. Mrs May has always insisted if MPs reject her deal, Britain will leave the EU in March without an agreement in place.
