DJI RC 2 Trying to transfer files from my internal storage to my iMac. For some reason it’s not loading my screen save videos or images on my external SD card.

All the aerial footage for this channel is filmed using DJI drones with full flight records.
I have all the necessary registrations for the European Union and Spain from their respective authorities, CAA, AESA and EASA
