Students of Livermore Valley Charter School in Livermore, California, USA and their teacher Mr John Mahlstedt set up a fun day out of the classroom to attempt the most high-fives in one minute.

This attempt took place back in June last year and was a success with a total of 215 completed high fives setting a new world record. Since that date, however, the record has been bettered by Brown & Brown Insurance in Orlando, Florida. The company's CEO J. Powell Brown managed to high-five 260 of his employees in 60 seconds in March this year.
