Sour cabbage rolls are made with a SOUR CABBAGE HEAD that's already fermented and ready to roll!
How easy is that?
Sour cabbage heads are fermented whole cabbage heads , popular in Eastern European and Balkan cuisines. It is similar to sauerkraut. I grew up eating them and love them!
My version is simple and easy and doesn't require a lot of ingredients, and its lower calories.

INGREDIENTS LIST:
Sour cabbage head
1 jar of Sauerkraut
I cup of rice ( I use Arborio rice)
Nutmeg, Pepper
Tomato paste
Ground beef
1 whole Garlic head
1 Onion
Red potatoes for Mashed potatoes (recipe coming up stay tuned)
