The weather up here in the NE of England has been wet over the past few weeks, and has stopped plans to dig over the plot, ready for overwintering.
Not much will grow over winter up here, as it is usually too cold.
I had a few hours spare on Saturday, and it actually wasn't raining, so I decided to dig up one of my Oca (New Zealand Yam) plants.
It has been frosty over the past week, so I don't think the Oca will get any bigger now.
here are the results.
i also harvest my peppers.
