Ingredients for rehdhu:
Mustard oil 1 tips
Cumin seed 1 Tsp
Coriender seeds 1/2 tsp
Methi seeds 1/8 tsp
Red chili 2
small onion sliced
Beaten Curd 300 ml
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Instructions
1) Heat oil in a pan add cumin, coriander , Methi seeds. Let them splutter then roast chillies.
2) Next add sliced onion fry till it become translucent.
3) Add haldi powder and chili powder.
4) At this point add beaten curd and stir it continuously at low flame for 2-3 minutes. Switch of the flame.
5) Garnish with coriander leaves.
