Yes, you can absolutely can frozen tomatoes. I do it every year!

When I reach my limit for canning and drying tomatoes (and turning them into a killer marinara freezer sauce loaded with ground beef and veggies), I start chopping and freezing.

Freezing tomatoes saves my sanity every summer and allows me to can later, after I’ve recovered from the tomato onslaught.
