* Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
* Bay leaves - 2 no.
* Grated coconut - 1 cup
* Raw Banana - 1 medium size
* Jaggery powder (Gud) - 2 tsp
* Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
* Dry red chilies - 2 nos
* Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
* Salt - 1 tsp
* Asafoetida (hing) - 3-4 pinch
* Long Badi - 12 no.
* Kala Chana - 1/2 cup
* Beans - 1/2 cup
* Carrot - 1/2 cup
* Pointed gourd (Parwal) - 1/2 cup
* Pumpkin - 1 cup
* Ghee - 3 tsp
Other vegetables that you can add :
* Arbi (saru)
* Sweet potato
* Spine gourd
* Yam
* Radish
