Dr. Julian De Silva performs primary chin implant surgery, small skin scar (12-15mm) and no scar (intra-oral technique), ethnic chin implant surgery and revision chin implant surgery. Dr. De Silva customizes all implants for each individual patient, sculpting the silicone implant to match each individual’s jaw line. In addition Dr. De Silva secures each implant to avoid movement of the implant with time (takes additional time to complete, however prevents unnecessary movement of implant).
