Some bad luck (Galaxy Man), some really good luck (Wily), perfect Twin Devil, and some extremely bad blunders (menus and falling off ladders...really?). Mash both shoot buttons for easier 1-round dragon kill.

This is a speedrun of Mega Man 9 using Mega Man on normal mode with a restriction: only the Mega Buster is used unless it's impossible to proceed without using another weapon or Rush. In these cases, any weapon can be used to proceed and its effects afterwards can be used in the interest of speed.
