If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I have hashimotos which is an autoimmune disease that affects your thyroid. Some ways I’ve learned to lower the symptoms of hashimotos is by cutting out inflammatory foods like gluten, dairy & soy. One of the hardest things for me and for everyone I talk to was learning how to!
