Sushi Bake is the new craze in the Sushi world. Here’s my own delicious version after I tried a recipe online that failed to satisfy my palate. If you’ve tried Sushi Bake recipe before and thought it was just ok or a blah, try mine! And, if you haven’t had Sushi Bake before, this is a dish you must try! So delicious yet super easy to make and you don’t even need to roll. Just spoon it on a Nori wrap and you’ve got a mouthful of flavor that will sure to dance in your palate.

Serves 4 (Double Recipe for more servings -use rectangle Baking Pan)
INGREDIENTS SUSHI RICE:
•2 cups freshly cooked rice (Sushi Rice or Jasmine Rice)
•1 1/2 Tbsps. Rice Vinegar
*1/2 Tbsps. Sugar
*1/4 tsp. salt
Salmon Mixture:
•2 pieces of Salmon portion, chopped in small pieces
•2 Tbsps. Japanese Mayo (Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce)
•2 Stems of Green Onions, Finely chopped
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl.
Crab Mixture:
•1/2 a package of Crab Meat Imitation or Crab Meat (about 1 cup)
•1/4 Cup Japanese Mayo
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl.
Other Ingredients for topping:
•Rice Seasoning - Nori Komi Furikake
•1/4 cup crushed Rice Krispies
•20+ sheets Korean roasted seaweed sheets (snack size)
•Sriracha, garnish (less spicy optional)
•1 Tbsp. Chopped Green onions, garnish (optional)
NOTE: You can use just one topping either Salmon or Crab mixture but double the portion.
