Did the narcissist reject you?
Rejection is part of life, and it's one of the main ingredients in the narcissist's toxic rejection recipe. From the very beginning, they will tweak their recipe to fit the situation and relationship. Idealize, devalue, discard. It's a thick toxic sludge. They know no other way of relating to anyone except with this repeated pattern of behavior. They will lie, cheat and do whatever it takes to control the relationship.
Rejection can be a blessing in disguise. Try not to take things personally and work on yourself. Figure out why you would let someone treat you with so little respect. In this video, I discuss some things you can do, if you find yourself in the clutches of the rejecting narcissist!
