At the Haley Strategic D5 class last August 2016 @ Sig Academy. Shooters were shooting 5 shots in a row as quickly as they could while maintaining good accuracy in the center of the target. The first shooter in the video was shooting approximately 0.25s per shot, I was almost half that. Notice the difference in how the recoil is controlled, along with the distance the trigger finger is moving from the first shooter to me after him. Keep working!!
