Because of the war started by an international aggressor Russian Federation, the emotional state of Ukrainians can lead to some irrational views about democracy and leadership. 58% of Ukrainians think that the most important for Ukraine now is a strong leader, but not the democratic system. But Ukrainians should not mislead themselves that a strong leader is better than democracy, as they believe now because the democratic government and the rule of law are much more important than any leaders.
