HOW TO FIX HIGH MEMORY/RAM/CPU/DISK USGAE IN WINDOWS 10 PC:
Here are some Steps to fix this:
Step-1:
i) Press Windows Key + R. It will open “Run”
ii) Write “regedit’’ in open box & It will open Registry editor. Hit “Yes”
iii) Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE – SYSTEM – CONTROLSET001 – SERVICES
iv) Click on “Ndu “
v) Right Click on ‘Start ‘entry & select ‘Modify’
vi) Change the Value data from 2 to 4
vii) Press OK
Now restart the PC to apply the changes
Step-2: If the above step didn’t work, go for the Step-2
i) Click Windows Key + R. It will open “Run”
ii) Write “regedit’’ in open box & It will open Registry editor. Hit “Yes”
i) Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE – SYSTEM – CURRENTCONTROLSET- CONTROL- SESSION MANAGER-
ii) Click on ‘Memory Management’
iii) Right Click on “ClearPageFileAtShutdown” & select ‘Modify’
iv) Change the value Data from 0 to 1
v) Press ‘OK’
Now restart the PC to apply the changes.
Step-3: If the above step didn’t work, go for the Step-3
i) Click Windows Key + R. It will open “Run”
ii) Write ‘’ services.msc’’ & press ‘ Ok’
iii) It will open application management. Search for ‘’ Superfetch’’ Service ( In updated windows version it may be called as “Sysmain”
iv) Select this Superfetch or Sysmain Service what you see in your PC and Press “ STOP” from left top.
v) Now right click the Superfetch (Sysmain) service & select ‘ properties’
vi) In General tab for Startup type select ‘ Disabled’
vii) Press ‘Apply’ & then ‘Ok’
Now restart the PC to apply the changes.
Step-4: If the above step didn’t work, go for the Step-4
i) Type ‘Device Manager’ in the search box.
ii) Open Device manager
iii) Click on the ‘’ Scan for hardware changes Icon ‘’
Now restart the PC to apply the changes.
