The last hour of the "Big Show" will bring big performances by Kelly Clarkson, Rob Thomas, Johnny Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Dolls, Billy Joel's saxman Mark Rivera and Holiday Express.

All proceeds support Blythedale's TBI Program, NY's only dedicated post-acute pediatric brain injury unit.
