oil-free Protein-rich stuffed Brinjals
Being a fitness freak, I have always modified the way I cook my food but made sure I never missed my traditional meal. I have never craved for any junk as I always have an alternative to satisfy my taste buds. That has kept me fit always. Moving closer to the mother nature and experiencing the goodness of Ayurveda and nutrition since my childhood which came to me from my family and carrying the legacy to nature healing.
So today I have made this steamed Brinjal which is protein-rich and tastes heavenly. Its steamed and dipped in the oil-free gravy with the same masala that is stuffed in the brinjal. You can enjoy this with phulkas or rotis or anything that you like. But even though its good have a mindful eating habit. Ayurveda tells about mitahar. So limit even the best foods in your menu and stay healthy.
Ingredients:
Peanuts
Curry leaves
Coriander Leaves
Garlic Cloves
Masala blend
Chilli Powder
Salt
