Although it has some external practices, such as the Holy Rosary and some other prayers, the perfect consecration to the Blessed Virgin will only be fruitful if we live those four interior practices that are like the essential nucleus of this devotion: doing all things with Mary, in Mary, by Mary and for Mary.
Without this, it is impossible to have a truly Marian life, and our external practices lose the meaning and effectiveness they could have had.
