It's the day after Thanksgiving and you are trying to figure out what to do with all of the leftover Turkey.

In this week's video, Phil makes a creamy, flavorful Turkey Pot Pie filling. You can put a crust over it, serve it with a fluffy biscuit or package it up for the freezer. This is an incredible freezer meal!

You can also do this with roast chicken. For the ultimate flavor, make the Turkey stock. You can use chicken stock if you don't have Turkey Stock.

4 Cups of Turkey
2 Cups of Potatoes
2 Cups of Carrots
3 Cups of Turkey Broth
1 Large Onion
1 Cup of Butter
1 Cup of Flour
1 3/4 tsp Salt
