Recipe:
700g (25oz) chicken breast
For the marinade: 50ml (2oz) olive oil
1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. paprika and 1 tsp. ground pepper
Coat the chicken on both sides and marinade for 15 minutes
Grate 1 carrot
Grate 100g (4oz) cheese
Chop a bunch of parsley
150g (5oz) Greek yogurt
30g (1oz) raisins
Bake the chicken rolls for 25 minutes at 180C (360F)
Sprinkle with the cheese and bake 10 more minutes
The goal is to melt the cheese
