External affairs minister S Jaishankar heaped praise on the United States as he said that starting from Clinton, all 5 U.S Presidents have been consistent on the subject of the India-US relationship. Speaking at a discussion at Lowy Institute in Sydney, India's EAM said that it is not easy when you are the most powerful country.
