His mother was rescued by bystanders but the boy was taken downstream and now the search has been called off because it's too dangerous. Authorities and family are holding out hope that Kyle Doan, a kindergartener at Lillian Larsen Elementary School in San Miguel, can be found after he went missing Monday.
