"Part of Me" from Tool's "Opiate" album (1992).
I gotta say, I've seen some very weird tabs while searching for some decent Part of Me tabs. Someone even tabbed the whole song a quarter note too late which messed up the timing. Anyway, in terms of accuracy, it's still very difficult to hear what Paul actually played in this song. I think most of the song is correct. One part is very weird though, and I'm talking about 1:05. Most tabs just go for 0-0-0-0-0-0 and then 3-5 on the A string. Then you look at Justin Chancellor playing this song and he also just spams a 0-0-0-0 line. But if you listen closely, you can definitely hear that Paul played something else. I'm convinced that he starts with 6-5 and then follows up with that triplet shortly after. We can never for sure, but I'd say that this comes a lot closer to the original bassline than 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0. Anyway, enjoy and good luck.
