Mutton Paya Recipe is a very delicious and tasty recipe which is made using mutton trotters that are cooked along with spices under low flame for a long time which results in a very amazing delicious soupy gravy

METHOD

1.In a pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon
To it add
Cardamom - 3
Cinnamon stick - 2
Cloves - 5
Bay leaves - 2
Saute them

2.Then add chopped onions - 2 big sized and saute till color changes

3.Then add ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon and saute

4.Then add
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt as required
Saute them

5.Add diced tomatoes - 3 big sized saute till soft

6. Add roasted lamb trotters and mix well
Add garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon and cook well

7.Add water - 4 cups
Chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, salt and cook till trotters are tender

8.Enjoy with roti or parota
