Meal prep for truck drivers - Part 3. Just because we are truck drivers does not mean we have to be stuck eating overpriced junk food. In this video I show you how to meal prep a delicious and healthy "to-go" snack and/or lunch. Our schedules are ever-changing, and sometimes we just don't have time to stop and eat. This will more than often lead to us stopping later in the day or night and eating overpriced and unhealthy food. Just prep this quick and healthy "snack bag" and put it up front with you. You'll save money, eat healthier, and you won't have to deal with the truck stop. Bringing healthy food into your semi-truck is crucial for being a healthy truck driver. You can do it.
